Although I have read numerous posts here about the difference between LLC vs S Corp, etc. … I need to take a step backwards and get a more basic understanding of the pros/cons with them. It appears that each is best suited for a different technique (flipping, rental, etc.).
Where can I go to get educated in all the options so that I can make the right decision up front. So many posts were from people who realized later that they needed the other version instead.
