Have opportunity to do LO on the following property:
SFH - 4/2/2
FMV - $160k
Condition is pretty good, needs some minor cosmetics & carpet cleaning.
Seller owes $49k with monthly pmts $504 P&I
Asking $140k
Very open to LO
So, question for the group is - how should I structure my offer? Not too versed in LO so am looking for your guidance and ideas.
