No they won’t automaticaly convert a 15 year to 30 year. You can ask them to put the missed payments on back end that does work but you may need to go over the CSR head and ask for the manager.

I have a pre-FC I’m working on.
What would the 1st loan (Wells Fargo) likely do.
Convert the 15-yr loan to a 30-yr?
Put the 3 months of missed payments on back end?
Any suggestions how to approach? I’ve not done this before.
