Hi All,

I’m in a standoff where I’m paying on a loan for an owner, and he’s giving me a 2nd TD. Here’s the situation. I’m not going to wire the money without a deed, and he’s not going to give me a deed without wiring the money. We don’t want to spend money on an escrow. What do we do?
