I enjoy the useful info at this site, being that everyone is very supportive in the field. I have a question on how would I be able to obtain a loan for a down payment on a piece of property. I do have bad credit but I hope that someone has an idea or at least a way that I can get one. Ant info would be greatly appreciated.
