Not harder, just more explaining to do to the lender. You will probably have to submit copies of all trust documents, which presumably give the trustee the power to mortgage the property.
Most likely, you will still have to sign on the loan personally.
If I put my personal residence (or any other property for that matter) in a trust is it any harder to get a second mortgage or other conventional financing?
