i am totally new to this. I was wondering what is the best way to locate people selling mobile/manufactured homes. I have read for some time now and now i have the time to look for some good deals.
**should i go to the parks and talk to management?
**should i speak with realtors?
**should i try to find out who the other investors in the area are?
Just lookin for some ideas from fellow investors.
