I’m looking for suggestions on locating names and addresses of out-of-town owners other than the courthouse. Unfortunately, because of my work schedule, I am not able to visit the courthouse ever.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact a “buyers agent”…they can pull up the whole list of out of town owners for you. But I think you can also do that, if you email me I will try to explain just how I did it.

You can find one in the Yellow Pages

My list broker is at 800-553-2123
I do not know if they are national or not.
