I was just in Home Depot the other day and saw them in there. They seemed relatively inexpensive (like $20) here in FL.

Has anyone successfully used the lock box method of showing properties to prospective purchasers (the kind with the combination lock). What are your experiences, etc. Joe Kaiser recommends this method.
Do you know of a national chain or online source that sells this type of lock box?
