In what state are you planning to do this. We live in Michigan and are about to sell all of our properties and move out to Montana. We are a bit tired of the suburban sprawl.

Howdy folks,
Here’s the deal. I have 38 acres that I can purchase for 675pa. This is rural, wooded property and utilites are available. My plan is to build on 18 acres and then sell 2 - 9 acre tracts. After these 2 tracts are sold and our log cabin is built I plan on building 2 more 20x20 cabins (3 levels). I will rent 1 for long term and the other will be a guest house/short term rental. Has anyone here done anything like this before?
