Any Long Islanders out there making money? I’m looking to get started in investing on Long Island and would love to talk to someone else working the area. Better yet, I’d love info about any investing groups or clubs in the area. I live in suffolk county and the only problem I can see is taxes. For those who don’t know, a home with a FMV of $85,000 can have taxes up to $4,000 a year.
Anyway, I’d love to hear from a Long Islander how’s making things work.
