I would appreciate it if someone from Georgia would tell me if the Lonnie forms work here without making any changes. Also I’m looking at a 1990 14x70 Echo without a title. I’ve been told that I have to get a title bond before I can get a title here. Is that true, and if so, what hoops do I have to jump through in the process and what is the expense factor of the bond based upon? Thanks in advance for your time and advice…Ray
