An opportunity has come up, and I’m going to try to see what I can do about it. Some quick questions for anyone who might be doing Lonnies for cars in GA…

  1. Is any kind of license needed to do purchase and resale of cars in GA? I don’t even know who in govt to ask about this.

  2. Do you collect car insurance from the noteholder to pay the insurance co yourself, as Lonnie recommends doing for MHs?

  3. Any “standard” forms you might be using specific to cars?
