I was sitting here reading the posts and the cell phone rings. low and behold the owner of a house that i found vacant. i had left a message on somebodys answering machine looking for the owner of this house. it was his parents phone. the only other listing in the phone book for that last name. he said he wants out. him and his wife went seperate ways and neither one of them want anything to do with it. he is getting the pay off tomorrow but thinks it is about $60000 on a $85000 house. any way i want know anything untill tomorrow, but i am real excited and thought i would share it with ya! this might be to easy! better not get the cart in front of the horse right yet
