Can anyone recommend a lender who can do a piggyback loan in Georgia. I have a 650 middle score, have good reserves and would have to go stated. My purchase price would be 90k, house is worth 150k.

there are several companies in georgia that will do a stated owner occupied purchase with a 650 middle score. it can be done as a 80/20 combo with no pmi.
