Hello,

I’m looking to begin investing in real estate. My father and I have recently come across someone willing to sell their home for less than market value.

I think we can get it for 50k, and homes of the same type/size are selling for 85-100k in the area.

The house will probably need some work. We are looking for some sort of list that entails the things that we should be considering repairing - or a full list of things so we can get an idea of what all this will involve.

Any help and/or advice is greatly appreciated.
