Go to Google and search for American Cash Flow Corp.
Among the entries is a State of Tennessee law suit
accusing them of illegally dealing in unregistered
securities (this program). They were selling it for
$3995 then. Run quickly away…

Has anyone heard of a company called American Cash Flow Corp? They teach a course in buying and selling notes. I am interested in getting into the note business. A friend of mine went to their seminar and was interested in the program as I am but the 3000.00 tuition was a real shock. I am a beginning RE investor ( two deals)
and knew this site is an excellent source of information.
So I am posting this message in an effort to find out about anyone’s experiences with this company and to also ask if there is a better (re less expensive) way to learn and break into this business.
Any/all comments would be greatly appreciated.
