Yes, there are several lenders that have 95% to 100% NOO loan programs that can finance loans on the west coast.

I currently reside on the east coast are there any programs out there for no doc 5% down on NOO, I am looking to purchase singles on the west coast, 700 fico mid score, and have cash, Any help greatly appreciated.
