Found a good Los Angeles property at the right price. Owner has it free and clear but will carry NOTHING!
Price: 190k, appraised 12 mo ago at 240k, income 34k. This is 5.6 GRM in a 7 GRM world! Suggestions on how to get into this one appreciated.
