I need a 100% mortgage on a 3family. I own a 3 family but the LTV is too high to pull out equity. Here are the facts: house $349,900. Rent roll $3600-3900. Me/wife Fico= 650/660
Income: combined $6190 plus $2600= $8790 Current mortgage $2740. Who can get me this house? I can get $5k or maybe a little more.

John, try household financial, they have loans at 100%
