You should be able to find everything you need by doing a search at www.fanniemae.com/singlefamily/doingbusiness/forms .

All the forms are in “PDF” format, which means that you need an Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the files. If you don’t already have this free plug-in, you can download it from www.adobe.com

I’ve found a 1003 to download, but I’m looking for other Fannie Mae forms (particularly a 1005 Request For Verification of Employment) that I can download for free. Can anyone direct me to a web address?
