I dabbled in brokering notes about two years ago. Since, the principle buyer that I used has split up business. I would be thankful if anyone can give their thoughts on who they think are the better national principal note buyers. Who pays the most for simultaneous closings? Which buyers are the easiest to work with? I am in northern California… however, I am willing to work with any national buyer if their quotes for simultaneous closings are in the 92-97 percentile range (assuming an average/good fico score).

You will find that note buyers come and go, Even the large ones Like Metropolitan and The Associates are in the midst of major re organizations. Your best bet is to go to www.nbdc.net and browse the NoteWorthy data base of buyers. We update it all the time.

Erik,

I work with a buyer that can get me 100% of appraised value on most deals. If interested, email me.
