Anyone know of a way to have an “Adviser”, or someone, group, etc. very close by kind of as someone to hold my hand and guide me through investment properties?
I do have a couple of properties now, have C.S. course I bought about 5 years ago, and have been picking up other information, but it would be nice to find a property and run through the numbers with someone and have them tell me if that would be a good property or not and why.
Any ideas?

Never use the term hand holding on this site. Someone will threaten to hit you over the head with a hammer!!!
At any rate, post anything until someone responds. That usually works for me. Sometimes you can get some crude people who don’t help and waste your time and theirs just to criticize you via email but just delete them and move on to the ones that contain advice.
