I am looking for Hard Money lenders in Illinois. I am looking for money for pre-forclosures and inquiring for rehabs. I have poor credit but am looking to get properties which will have a enough equity to back up the loan. I have some deals, but could not secure a loan fast enough. I am also a newbie and I was learning as I tried structuring some deals.
