I often run across foreclosures since I am the Manager of a Mortgage Company here in Tucson.
Often I need someone to do a small piggyback 2nd when we refinance a loan that is in foreclosure0- does anyone do any such lending? Maybe even a private group of investors?
I guess the rates would be 18-21% but it helps save someone’s house.
