D. Scott, I would look up any local investment clubs that are near you. I know Bronchick has a club in Colorado, if I lived there I would attend it!!! You, can look at this site on the home page for local clubs, just click the link.

First off let me say hello to all, and although I have’nt visited this site in a few months I have finally made it back to the Grand Ole USA, and am interested in starting my REI again. I’m looking for other investors in the Colorado Springs, Denver area who wouldn’t mind melding with a “former” investor, and helping out with questions on a couple of deals.
