The two NJ groups in Northern NJ that I know of are Garden State Real Estate Investor Association (GSREIA) and Metropolitan Real Estate Association. You can get more information here:

I’ve only been to GSREIA (I’m a member - couldn’t get anyone from the other group to call me back) and I hear that we’re the bigger group. But check them both out.
