I recently joined the East Valley Real Estate Investment club. We actually meet at the library in Gilbert, AZ. I have not been to a meeting yet, b/c they were postponed for the holidays. The next is Feb 23rd, and will meet 4th Saturday of every month @ 11am.
If Gilbert is too far for you, you may want to try the north valley club. I think they meet in Union Hills area.
