What is up with all the REO’s in Jacksonville? I see them all over the place. Seems like there are some ok deals over there. Nothinng like the gulf coast. What are rental rates, conditions, etc over there like?

Yes, lots of REOs available in Jacksonville. There is a lot of competition for them. Many pocket listings too. I don’t rent my houses (retail them), but you could check jacksonville.rentclicks.com to get info on rents.
