not planning on stopping on any certain number. Range from 25000 to 1,000,000 dollar developments. I am a beginner (1 year). So If I say something that is just out left field somewhere I don’t mind being called on it. Basicly I want to get whith a broker that can make decisions whith me.

I need a broker ready to work and be creative. I am an investor in Louisiana. In 1 year I have bought 6 houses and close to 40 acres of land. I am looking to start developing and continue buying. If you are not to busy to talk strategy and ideas email me. If you just think you can do something but don’t really know don’t bother. i have a 650 middle good income and a creative mind.
