I am not sure what area of Ohio you are in, but I have had very good luck with Capitol First Home Loans. The person to contact there is Andy Talaback @ 800-305-5552.
He does a great job with follow and can be very creative with the financing. His office is just south of Cleveland, but I am in Youngstown and have never been to the office.

I am the need of a couple good mortgage brokers that can do business in Ohio. I need someone who has had experience and will know how to do things right. I recently had a mortgage broker, who I thought was good, tell me that the people who I am lease-optioning their home for, can’t apply for another mortgage because the old one is still on their file. Now, since I know that all you have to do is show most lenders and banks your lease agreement between you and the seller so they know that the payments are being taken care of, it isn’t a big deal.
