Hi,
I am looking for other real estate investors (or Real Estate Investment Clubs) in the Northern Virginia - Washington DC area to talk to about the market and various Carleton Sheets tactics.
I have recently purchased and completed the course. I have started looking for properties in various publications and have made a few calls. I would love to talk to investors that have completed the course and purchased properties using the tactics that they learned from the course. I believe discussing the tactics will provide a mutual benefit.
