Tom,

If you are in the Chicago/Suburb area, join the Chicago RE investment club at Hillside Holiday Inn. Call Jane at 630-858-4663. The club meets once a month, it is several hundred members strong. It has the resources to answer all you local RE questions. Jane is also involved in a Landlord Club. She is a 20+ years veteran in RE investment. There is not much about Illinois RE investment that she cannot tell you.

I’m looking to work with a agent in IL,particular famaliar
with the city and westernsuburbs and who does understand
buying properties creatively.I would appreciate if anybody
could help me with these.Also,I like to thank everybody
