Yes, it could be a good strategy, 1) If you want to sell quick, 2)You don’t mind giving up some of your profits.

I’m in the property rehabbing business and I like to sell and keep some of the properties that I complete. Based on the current market conditions, I’ve been told the seller financing and note selling is a good exit strategy. Anyone have any tips on how (or who?)I can make this happen?
