Hi,
I am looking for somebody from the Aurora Illinois area. I always check somebody out to “see how they live” before letting them into one of my properties. I am about three hours from there, so if somebody is closer, I would gladly pay them $50.00 to stop by and check on a potential applicant for me. All I am really concerned about are major health code violations (last year’s dinner on the table crawling with roaches, plugged toilets, animal feces on the floor etc.) Assuming those conditions do not exist, I want to accept these people. Could somebody help? I am at 319-570-7239.
