I may be stinkin’ slower than molasses in the brain game, so the following information may be old, snoozer news for some of you.
In a quest for an owner of an abandoned house in foreclosure, I was pretty much at a dead end to do an extensive search without a social security number and date of birth. WELL, (depending on your state’s disclosure laws) I walsed right into the County ELECTION Board and there sat thousands of voter registration cards with…guess what? Social security (or driver’s license) number and date of birth! I found vital information on 3 folks in about 5 minutes for free.
