This is my first post here. I value your advice.
I’m looking for a no Doc HELOC, 100% of appraisal.
My credit is OK…about 680, and my wife’s is around 760.
I live in Utah and it would be helpful if the lender were here also. I buy at auction and need certified funds within 24 hours of successful auction bids.
