Anyway in answer to your question i would suggest reading William Bronchick and Robert Dahlstroms book on flipping properties I just finished reading it, its a good book to start with, gives you alot of the basics i’ve also heard that Steven Cook has an excellent course on Wholesaling “thats my next move anyway.”

I am just beginning to research REI. My main focus is in fliping properties. I have been reading this site as well as other and believe this is my best option at this time. Can anyone recommend a good starter course for this. Any input is greatly appreciated.
