How about some details on the property? FMV, 1st Mrt Bal.,Terms of 2nd, payer’s credit rating(to the best of your knowledge), and how much are you looking for? Then we can go from there.

Hello everyone,
I have a $30,000 second mortgage which I am interested in selling as soon as possible. I initially intended to hold on to this for a while, but I have since decided to sell it to pursue other oportunities, and I would rather have cash now.
