Does anyone know where I can get a good “lot rental agreement” form. I have several lots in a mobile home park I need to rent out, but I don’t have any idea what would make a good agreement. What would the eviction clause say? Etc. I’d also like to sell my existing mobiles in a lonnie type deal, but I want to get my empty lots filled first. AND, if I do put my mobiles on notes and I sell the property, how would I include the notes in the transaction (or would I even have to?)
