My son and I started investing in low dollar deals late last year. We like buy, rehab a little and hold. Almost every day I come across opportunities for buy rehab and sell. We are unwilling to tie up our money in major rehab and cannot find a lender who is interested in the small (less than 40k) deal. We live in the Reading, Pa. area. (Thats right, go directly to the Reading Railroad do not pass Go do not collect $200). Can anyone make a suggestion of where to look?
