I ordered this book with a little apprehension. In reading this book, I discovered some ideas that I could apply to my current rental property business. I enjoyed this book. For the money, I personally think it is a good buy.

I remember reading about a Brian Wittenmeyer who has a course or book about buying houses in low income areas. Normally, I’m not a fan of low income areas, but if there’s a few bucks to be made there, I’ll check into it. Anyway, anyone familiar w/ this guy and/or his material on the subject? Anyone have any experience to speak of in low income houses? Thanks.
