In my opinion the lowest risk in real estate is to obtain an FHA, VA or HUD foreclosed property. At least you can look inside and evaluate whether or not it’s worth the risk. The profit is low compared to regular foreclosures but it is with less risk. Additionally a real estate agent is showing you the properties.
