Thank you for posting the link. I was interested in the stories. But
there is no moratorium whatsoever. The state of MA is not (and
cannot) prevent the lenders from acting within their rights and this is
stated in the articles if you read closely. All that is happening is that
the state is asking the lenders to work with homeowners who step up
and identify themselves as being victims of fraudlent lending or who
have especially difficult cirumstances. The lenders are in the position
of having to play along for good PR. But they are not required to do
anything.
It will be interesting to see how many actions like this happen
elsewhere. And how many foreclosures it does or doesn’t prevent.

How cliche! There is a segment of the population that thinks every societal problem can be solved by training.
Housing Counselor = Someone that couldn’t get a real job.

And those who work for the government must be incompetent…so let the investors make some money! I guess you are really sure you will never need help, so go ahead and announce your superiority for the rest of your life.
You may earn quite an income thinking that way (maybe). Hope the loss of your soul is worth it.
