I am in Worcester co.(Fitchburg,Ma)
I have a house in Fitchburg that needs rehab
I was going to rehab it but now I am having to sell it as is for around 25k.I am putting it on the mls soon.Thought someone here might want it before I put it on the market.Any response from Ma investors welcome.
