He made about 90% of his money from his courses / infomercials. The actors on the commercials are bogus paid actors who never invested in any of the deals, and his methods are extremely basic and outdated. I do not think he did alot of deals himself…

Maybe someone out there knows the answer, but I’m wondering how much Carelton has actually earned in RE investing as opposed to mail order profits from his courses? I could very well be wrong, but I’m thinking he’s made more from mail order. Any ideas?

No doubt from his courses. Not that the courses and his ideas don’t work. It is just sales. Mostly to people that never get into RE Investing.
