J, I read your post the first time you asked this question ? have you tried printing from Metroscan to a text file or dbf file, then import into your mail merge?

I use Metroscan now for sizing up comps and have just started using it to create lists for absentee owners and others that I send letters to. With this service though, I can only print addresses to labels and I cannot export my list info to a processor to print straight to envelopes. It’s pretty archaic. Can anyone recommend another RE info provider that would allow me a little more manueverability?
