There will probably be some who can give you a formula. What I do is I spend what I need to to maintain the property in good order. I might add that this is why it’s extremely important to buy the property correctly to begin with, and to understand what the true expense level of the property is. If you don’t understand the expenses that will be necessary, then you will be tempted to overpay for the property, thereby not leaving the margin necessary to maintain the property correctly.
By the way, why do you punctuate with a period after every word?
Sorry to he@r @bout your sp@ceb@r. I remember the guy who c@me into the ch@troom one night, @sking@bout C@rlton Sheets. We @ll wondered @bout his use of the ?@? sign. He expl@ined th@t some of the keys on his keybo@rd were broken, and one of them w@s the ?@?.
@nyway, sorry to he@r @bout the keybo@rd. If I were you I would del@y the rep@ir of my rent@l house until I h@d bought a new keybo@rd.
Now don’t go getting all sensitive on me. I’m joking around with you…and frankly, I would imagine that if you’re going to use a keyboard that you use a period after every word, you’re going to have to expect that.
I wouldn’t refrain from using the board though. Just thicken up the skin…or go get a new keyboard. They couldn’t be over $20. Might be able to get one for $10.
