I am about to go look at a home with an assumable FHA buydown. The bank says I Have to owner occupy. The realtor said the bank wants an owner occupy but as long as the payments are paid on time they will not care or even know if I am doing a lease option. also, what if I carry paper on it and sell it that way. What is legal? DARLA
