I was wondering what technique(s) some of you investors are using when submitting offers…either via fax or in person. Do you use letter(s) of intent or do you always submit an actual offer? Do you use the multiple offer technique? I’m sure depending on the scenario you may use one or more of the above.
I hope some of you could share your tactics when dealing with s.f.h.'s or 2-on lot properties…particularly when your realtor refers you to many properties to drive-by & you want to put in offers (cash offers usually well below market value).
